OUR RETURN POLICY

We offer 30 days money back guarantee if an item didn’t arrive, is faulty or damaged, or doesn’t match the listing.

If the item doesn’t arrive at the address the buyer provided, he will be entitled to a full refund, including original shipping costs. However, it is the buyer’s responsibility to contact the courier if they are not able to deliver to the specified address or if the courier is unable find it. Failure to do so will forfeit the refund.

The buyer should report that the item hasn’t arrived or was not available for collection once the estimated or actual delivery/collection date has passed. Buyer needs to report not later than 30 calendar days after the estimated or actual delivery/collection date.

For faulty watch or an item that does not match the listing, we accept returns for full refund or replacement for free, whichever the buyer decides to choose.

If you want to return, please request it within 30 calendar days after the delivery date to sales@perfectrolex.support. All products must be returned using a courier service that provides a tracking number.
